I did a quick search but all I could was the novel. I think he might be more overt with the references in the book. I imagine there are so many that Tarantino himself doesn't remember them all lol!
I enjoyed it a lot. Tarantino shows maturity here, and he doesn't do the out of order structure of past movies. The movie is a love letter to a bygone Hollywood.
Is there some sort of companion book explaining all the cultural contexts of that movie? That would be dope.

In that movie, there are a lot of strange horror-like scenes. This one really is scary…
I thought so too. I was really worried for Brad Pitt in that scene. It was very satisfying how Tarantino turned it around.
I totally get what you’re saying. Was such a good movie too.
It was good. Nostalgia driven for a lost Hollywood.
It is a fun take on the actual events. One of the best movies, so rich and thought provoking.
I’ve been putting off watching this movie, what did you think of it?

I definitely need to watch it. The clip you posted reminds me of the driveway scene with Ray Liotta in Goodfellas.
It has that same intensity.
