As you recall in a previous video I went into how a prop from a short film I made a while ago became the source of inspiration for a “lost” sci-fi/action series from the recent past.
This is a follow up video where I’m expanding on that world by creating a still from an episode where Night Vision confronts of one of the creations of the main villain.
In giving you the background to the creation of the image I didn’t give you the details of the making of the image itself. So here is a brief recap:
I generated an AI image from a note I have on the show’s mythology
Using one of the existing images I created with the outfit and prop, I created a new angle and position for Night Vision
I used an existing template on Canva I removed the background from one image and mixed with the other image
I downloaded the image and opened in an app called Snapseed. It’s intuitive and has filters that give images the look of aged prints of film. Also film grain
